Your cheque arrived a 3 days after I posted my phone.
One of the reasons I went with Fonebank was that I was able to get someone on the phone when I called. Another company was offering more money on their website but when I called (twice) I just got an answering machine. I took the lower price but I was more comfortable posting to you.
